A brief look at the long history of creating the largest animation festival—at least in terms of geographical scope.
It's a story about acting consistently, intuition, independence, and trust; about (re)building the relationship between the viewer (of all ages!) and the art of animation, inspiring people to act, but also about the independent promotion, both at home and abroad, of one of the most important fields of Polish art. O!PLA means „Oh! Polish Animation”, but also: “Oh! People Love Animation”.
