Your Work Does Not Speak for Itself

Bring the career conversation you keep postponing. Leave ready to have it.

You deliver strong work, solve difficult problems and take responsibility. But is your contribution sufficiently visible—or are you still expecting the right people to notice?

Make Your Work Visible: The Career Conversation Lab is a practical, one-day workshop for women working in technology, finance, entrepreneurship and international organisations.

Bring one real conversation that could influence your next professional step:

• asking for a promotion, salary increase or greater responsibility;

• making your contribution and impact visible;

• presenting an idea to senior stakeholders;

• expressing disagreement without weakening your message;

• setting a boundary or communicating an expectation;

• navigating feedback or another difficult conversation.

Through guided preparation, practical frameworks, coached practice and focused feedback, you will clarify the outcome you want, structure your message and practise delivering it with greater presence and professional authority.

This is not a theoretical communication course or an English-language class. The workshop is designed for professionals who already use English at work.

You do not need to become louder. You need to make what you know, contribute and want sufficiently clear that it can be recognised and acted upon.

Your work does not speak for itself. You do.
