System Olympia [UK] 18+

For the first time in Bucharest, System Olympia brings her particular brand of nocturnal decadence to Control on October 23. 

London-based producer, songwriter, vocalist and DJ Francesca Macri, aka System Olympia, makes electronic music where Italo disco, Balearic house and synth-pop meet lush pads, gritty drums and dreamy, late-night melodies. 

Her work is steeped in erotic literature, dancefloor romance and the decadent intimacy of nightlife, with releases including the Delta of Venus LP, Always on Time, Sanctified EP, New Erotica Collection and Double Climax. Macri releases through her own Okay Nature Records and holds a monthly NTS Radio residency, where she explores eclectic sounds and unreleased material. She also co-founded the visual project Odessa Collection with Dual Room.
