Alternative, experimental rap with hints of deep electro. An attempt to superimpose and coincide. Theater. Show. Movement. Hype. Two entities merging into a synergy. If it's not loud, it ain't no good. Warming your numb hands by the capitol aflame. It's not a crew, it's a two-headed mace.

P/\ST is an experimental rap duo from Prague, comprised of Dan Kranich and Ivo Sedláček. The group originated from their collaboration at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU, where both members studied and developed their artistic talents. Known for blending rap with hard electronic elements, P/\ST delivers performances that transcend music into theatrical and energetic shows. Their debut, Expedition to the Courtyard, earned them a nomination for the Vinyla Award as Discovery of the Year. They also won the 2020 Theatre Critics Award for Music of the Year for their work on Šílený Herkules, which inspired their album Hybris.

In 2022, P/\ST created a soundtrack for the National Theatre in Brno’s production Smutek sluší elektře, which they perform live. Their reputation for combining powerful, avant-garde music with high-energy performances has solidified their place in the experimental music scene

The third album by P/\ST, titled Tinnitus, was released in 2023. The record features a blend of electronic and hip-hop elements, continuing the band's signature experimental approach. Tinnitus comprises tracks like "Dech fasád," "Planeta B," and "Egotrap," showcasing a mix of intense, pulsating beats and thought-provoking lyrics. This album solidifies P/\ST's unique position in the Czech and Slovak alternative music scenes, emphasizing powerful soundscapes paired with socially reflective theme.
