1863. Un convoi se îndreaptă spre Vestul american, în căutarea unei vieți mai bune. Martha Jane trebuie să conducă singură căruța familiei sale și să învețe să se descurce rapid ca un om mare. Apartiția ei cu părul tuns scurt și purtând pantaloni va șoca, dar pericolele lumii noi vor grăbi transformarea ei în legendara Calamity Jane. 

1863. In a convoy advancing west in the hope of finding a better life, Martha Jane's father is injured. She must now drive the family wagon and take care of the horses. The learning curve is tough, yet Martha has never felt so free. Outside of the convoy her adventure full of dangers and rich encounters begins, and the legendary Calamity Jane will emerge.
