The workshop is based on researching the awareness of our own bodies and possibilities in moving and articulating muscles.
“I play with movements looking for strength and flexibility to make space in the body and explore a variety of movements. With the use of various tasks, I intend to create a playground where there’s no right or wrong and there’s only freedom in movement.
The workshop is open to anyone no matter the level in dance as it is a class of freedom in movement and exploration.“ – Claudio Cangialosi
There will be created dance movement phrases so that the participants can put into action what we research in the class.
