ctrl x Ilian Tape: Zenker Brothers [DE], Fireground [DE] [LIVE], Dyl [RO] 18+

Early this April, get ready for another stellar collab. This time we team up with renowned German label Ilian Tape to welcome techno pioneers Dario and Marco Zenker, better known as the Zenker Brothers, along with Fireground and local talent Dyl.

Pivotal figures in Munich's dance music scene, Zenker Brothers have left their mark through their high-quality releases and their renowned label, which they established in 2007. With roots in hip-hop, dub, and reggae, the two siblings blend a diverse range of influences into their signature 'Zenkerian' sound. It is a brand of techno that is as powerful as it is eclectic, combining tough, atmospheric, and playful elements while taking listeners on a journey into the future of sound.

Since they started collaborating b2b in 2012, their DJing and production skills have earned them a reputation as one of the most exciting acts in the techno world. The two have shaped the legacy of their home city of Munich into something unique and innovative and, in addition, they have released records on notable labels such as Tresor and 50 Weapons, while continuing to push boundaries.

Fireground ignite dancefloors worldwide with their explosive house-techno fusion. Angela's performance and vocal prowess meets Daniele's classical musicianship, crafting a sound that blends Neapolitan grooves with electrifying energy. With a residency at Berlin's Tresor and releases on Ilian Tape, they've established themselves as scene pioneers. Their high-voltage live sets continue to conquer Europe's most iconic club and festival stages.

Romanian producer DYL navigates the border zones between techno, drum and bass, and ambient with remarkable fluidity. His signature sound architecture balances driving rhythms with intricate melodic layers and atmospheric textures—creating emotional journeys that work equally in peak-time moments and introspective settings. His boundary-pushing sonic explorations have been released on forward-thinking imprints like Re:st, Detach Recordings, and UVB-76.
