Implant Pentru Refuz, one of the pioneers of the Romanian alternative music scene, will bring their explosive energy to Control on Thursday, February 20. Formed in 1995 in Timișoara, the band has become synonymous with raw emotion and fearless creativity, blending hardcore, punk, metal, and alternative rock into a sound that is uniquely their own.

In the 30 years IPR has demonstrated a special versatility, combining elements of hardcore, metal and alternative with lyrical and social influences, offering a unique and authentic sound experience. Their ever-present lyrics tackle themes of freedom, the struggle against conformity, introspection and self-discovery, turning each album into a musical and emotional journey.
