The Power of Storytelling 2026

The Power of Storytelling is a gathering built on the idea that well-crafted stories can bridge divides, heal wounds, inspire action and create change.

Since 2011 it has brought to Bucharest numerous storytellers in all fields – from media, to arts, to activism, to business – for inspirational talks meant to foster belonging, empathy, and revive hope in a better society.

👋 We restarted in 2025 after a five-year hiatus, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Bucharest next Spring.

Our theme in 2026 will be HOPE. We’ll talk about hope not as comfort or denial, but as a deliberate intervention: to imagine, to create, to repair, to keep showing up. It’s the kind of hope that exists because we don’t know what will happen, and in that uncertainty is room for action.

IMPORTANT: This sale covers the bulk of the spots available for for registration November. One last batch of passes will be available in mid- January, dates to be communicated beforehand.

WHAT IT INCLUDES: Two days filled with inspiration, creativity, and celebration, a dozen incredible speakers from around the world – journalists, documentary film makers, activists, artists –, and a welcoming community.

OTHER INFORMATION: 

• If you buy your ticket using an UniCredit Bank card, you will get a 10% discount.

• There is a maximum limit of 2 spots per purchase. Please provide their name and contact info in the respective fields.

• You will get a confirmation email, not a ticket. Your confirmation is proof of registration, and you will check in at the venue.

• Registration fees are refundable only until February 1. After that, if you can't attend, you can transfer your spot to a friend until March 1.
