Testimonies from around the globe offer clues as to how the Italian recipes have been reinterpreted, highlighting the cultural benefits of immigration or of the conflict between traditions.
The documentary screening will be followed by a dinner courtesy of chef Alex Petricean (D'artagnan), who specializes the Nordic cuisines. With great creativity, D'artagnan combines quality ingredients, modern texture,s and cooking techniques into innovative dishes.
