A joint venture between CTRL and Feinstoff, this Friday night invites intimacy to the Berlin Room with a line-up of top notch selectors for a night of sonic alchemy. Feinstoff is an iconic Berlin-based event series that organically grew into a music platform and label with streamlined curation. Known for its authenticity, it brings a distinct edge to the next wave of electronic music and disco movements.

DAMON JEE [FR]

Damon Jee has spent two decades quietly turning into a leading exponent of dark disco. His cosmic, melodic take on the genre moves between trance, rock, electro and disco without worrying too much about cross-overs. From Correspondant and Jennifer Cardini’s orbit to his own Dust & Blood imprint, his work has found a home with DJs who like their dance music with a little history and a lot of character.

FREUDENTHAL & SAEUER [DE]

Freudenthal arrives as one half of Pardon Moi and a central figure in Berlin’s dark disco and indie dance community, drawing on the sleeker pulses of electro, disco and EBM. As the founder of Feinstoff, he has also helped shape the local ecosystem around this sound, from parties at Kater Blau to releases on Get Physical, Katermukke, ROAM and Nein.

saeuer brings the darker side of Italo into focus, folding indie dance and body music into emotionally charged sets. Since debuting in 2017, she has taken that sound from Sisyphos and Fabrik to TivoliVredenburg and Slakthuset, building a reputation around energy and feeling.

Enzio Etchaberri is a Dutch-born Berliner in search of magic. A digger, editor and producer, he is interested in the small details that make a set feel alive, from rare vinyl discoveries to carefully tested edits. His guiding idea is simple: keep people on their toes, and dancing tends to follow.
