ctrl NIGHTS continues booking forward-thinking artists and brings forth one on November 2 of the techno scene's most appreciated producers and DJs - the UK-born and raised Perc.
Perc is one of modern electronic music's reference points: an internationally touring DJ and live act, founder of the scene-leading Perc Trax label and one of the most respected producers in techno today.
As a performer, Perc has taken his sound across the world to such seminal clubs as Berghain, Fabric, Bassiani, Tresor, Fuse, Space Ibiza, Unit in Tokyo and to festivals including Awakenings, Glastonbury, Unpolished, Mayday, Reaktor, Unsound, Verknipt, Dour, Soenda, 10 Days Off, Extrema and many more.
Released in March 2024 'The Cut Off' was Perc's first album in seven years and received recommendations from both Resident Advisor and The Quietus; the album was supported by a three-month album tour that featured performances across Europe, Central and South America and the USA culminating in a live performance of the album at Awakenings flagship summer festival.
Liar
The lovechild of a Manticore-pattern hovertank and an orbital defence satellite, Liar grew up rich (in gas deposits) on the bleak crystal plains of the dwarf planet Orcus. He immigrated to Bucharest in search of pirated CD keys, where he was soon naturalized via the ancient tradition of [insert your favourite Romanian meme here]. Using the rudimentary human network known as "the Internet", he discovered Terran electronic music in all of its myriad forms, and fell in love with literally all of them (except like a couple). Having totally refactored himself for producer/DJ applications, he's since been patrolling DJ booths worldwide, assaulting unsuspecting publics with eclectic, emotional and absurdist barrages of bottom-heavy cybernetica, and not taking requests.
Walentin Pauer
He's known for his fearless experimentation in production and his distinct personality during his Control Club residency. Walentin Pauer's carefree attitude has turned into a work ethic that not only helps him read the room effortlessly, but also keeps the dancefloor’s spirits and atmosphere high. In between layers of darkness, his selection of varied electronic sounds are a synaesthetic type of treat.

New Disorder is the offspring of Cluj-Napoca's underground movement, birthed and nurtured within its community for the past 14 years. Lace up your big dancing platforms, as they're bringing groove and darkness in spades. Expect a mix of Post-Punk, New Wave, Darkwave, Synthpop, and EBM, and prepare to be enveloped in sensuous beats and dark enticing rhythms through the night.
