TIFF UNLIMITED - THE FESTIVAL MUST GO ON. ANYTIME. ONLINE

To mark its 18th edition, Transilvania International Film Festival launches TIFF Unlimited, a streaming platform which extends the festival experience online. TIFF Unlimited is a streaming platform (SVoD) dedicated to festival-curated film content and it is an unique project in Romania and a premiere for film festivals in Central and Eastern Europe:

TIFF Unlimited is the first and only Romanian & CEE streaming service featuring art-house and festival movies, while also presenting winning movies from the past TIFF editions, titles from the current edition and award-winning films unavailable on others channels. The platform continues the list of initiatives  dedicated to promoting Romanian and international cinema.

As arthouse and indie films in Romania vanish after brief theatrical runs, movie goers suffer from the lowest rate of screen penetration in the E.U. and TIFF Unlimited gathers some of the most important titles on the market, offering the viewers the opportunity to watch them online.

From June 6 on, cinephiles will be able to watch on unlimited.tiff.ro films from TIFF’s 2019 selection as well as from previous years. Award-winning films from Romanian distribution companies’ portfolios are also included in TIFF Unlimited.

TIFF Unlimited Subscriptions

The price for a monthly subscription for the TIFF Unlimited service is 5 Euro + VAT.

Until June 9, users can opt for one of the subscriptions available at a promotional price - 10 Euros for three months, 25 Euros for six months or 50 Euros for one year. All TIFF Unlimited subscriptions made between May 31st and June 6th will grant the users a bonus week free of charge. In addition, any activated subscription out of the three options, offers free access for one month to all the movies on the platform, starting June 6.
