Răzvan Iagamos de la Pressco, prăjitorie de specialitate din Baia Mare, ne duce într-o călătorie de descoperire a cafelei printr-un talk cu tasting la OTOTO Dorobanți. De 8 ani, Răzvan petrece timp cu fermierii de pe plantațiile de cafea și creeză legături de impact care au impact în comunitățile locale. Pregătind împreună recoltele viitoare, Răzvan are o experiență directă a impactului pe care-l are cafeaua noastră de toate zilele în comunitățile din care provine.

Răzvan te va introduce în lumea cafelei de specialitate cu poveștile sale și cu patru tipuri de cafea de specialitate de la Pressco. Vei afla despre aspectele care fac fiecare cafea specială - de la originea cafelei până la procesul de prăjire și preparare.

From Colombia and Mexico to our cup and all the way back, Răzvan Iagamos, owner of Pressco, specialty coffee roaster from Baia Mare, takes us on a talk, tasting and discovery journey of our daily joy – coffee. Between sips you'll learn about the many nuances of coffees: from crops and sourcing, to roasting process and brewing.

Răzvan spends one month each year with farmers from coffee plantations in Colombia and Mexico, working with them on future crops and having a first hand experience of the impact coffee has on communities. Expect to never see a cup of coffee quite the same at the end of it.

You'll get to pre-taste four Pressco specialty coffees, learn about what makes each special, and take home a discovery kit for your own brews.

Each participant at the tasting will receive a gift of four specialty coffees to discover at home.
